Regency Brickwork – Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 This competition is run by Regency Brickwork (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or any other person professionally connected with this competition are not eligible.
3. Entry method
3.1 To enter the competition you must provide a valid email address via the competition form located at www.regencybrickwork.co.uk/competition.
3.2 By ticking the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” checkbox and submitting your email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and consent to the use of your submitted data as described in section 7.
3.3 Only one entry per person/email address is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3.4 No purchase is necessary.
4. Competition period
4.1 The competition opens 24.10.2025 and closes 01.01.2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received after the closing time will not be valid.
5. Prize and winner selection
5.1 The prize consists of one (1) brick pillar rebuild or other masonry service of equivalent value up to a total of £500 (inclusive of materials and labour), provided by Regency Brickwork within a 10-mile radius of Southport.
5.2 The exact scope of works will be determined by the Promoter following an on-site inspection to confirm suitability and safety.
5.3 If the proposed work exceeds the £500 value, the winner may choose to pay the difference to upgrade the service.
5.4 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for services already completed or scheduled prior to the draw.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another masonry service of equal or greater value if the specified work is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or impractical at the winner’s property.
5.6 The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified. Failure to arrange the work within this time will result in the prize being forfeited.
5.7 All works are subject to standard Regency Brickwork terms of workmanship, site access, and weather conditions.
5.8 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing time.
6. Use of entrant’s name and publicity
6.1 By entering, the winner agrees to the Promoter’s use of their name, county or region and entry for promotional purposes free of charge.
6.2 The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
7. Data protection & marketing consent
7.1 By submitting your email address and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the Promoter storing your email address, securely and encrypted, and using it for future marketing communications from the Promoter.
7.2 You may unsubscribe from such marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at unsubscribe@regencybrickwork.co.uk.
7.3 We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.regencybrickwork.co.uk/privacypolicy
7.4 We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data (including encryption and secure storage), but exclude liability for any data breach caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or accessed for any technical or other reason.
8.2 Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.4 The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
